Due to the intimate and personal nature of our creations, all sales are considered final.

Shipped Orders:

Should an error occur on our part, kindly contact our Concierge within 7 days of delivery so that we may make the necessary correction.

In-Person Purchases:

We invite you to review your selections before departure at our pop-up boutiques, etc. Once items leave our care, they are ineligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Policy:

Each order is prepared with care and attention.

  • Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for order preparation before shipment. During periods of heightened demand, preparation may require additional time.
  • Domestic Delivery: Standard shipping requires 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be provided.

Should you require special handling or expedited delivery, our Concierge is pleased to assist. However, please note that this is not always guaranteed. We will do our best in serving you.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • All sales are final due to the intimate and personal nature of our creations.
  • In the rare event of an error on our part, our Concierge will gladly assist with a correction. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for support.
  • In-person purchases must be checked before leaving the boutique or pop-up, as they cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our care.
